Our apartment is completely new, modern, and cozy, featuring a private terrace with an outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The open kitchen and living area provide convenience, while the quiet and bright environment creates a pleasant atmosphere for leisure or work. High-speed Wi-Fi, a prime location between Copacabana and Ipanema, and the proximity to metro, buses, bikes, and scooters ensure comfort and easy city exploration.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the apartment, located on the top floor of the building. The elevator goes up to the 10th floor, and the 11th floor must be accessed by stairs. From the building entrance to the apartment door with an electronic lock, the area is part of the common condominium space, shared only with residents.

The building is monitored by cameras and has a 24-hour doorman, who grants access only to residents and guests pre-registered before check-in. Please respect the condominium rules, especially the quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM. No visitors are allowed; access is only for registered guests.

We are discreet and want our guests to feel as if they are in their own home in Copacabana. While we cannot guarantee an in-person meeting, we are always available by phone or the platform’s chat. If guests wish to meet us and we are in the city, it will be a pleasure to welcome them personally.
