With a total area of 100 m², it offers: Living room + hallway: 24 m², Suite: 12.5 m², Outdoor terrace: 42 m², Guest bathroom: 2.65 m², and Suite bathroom: 8 m².

Ceiling heights vary: Living room 2.86 m, Guest bathroom 2.65 m, Suite bathroom 1.90 m, Suite 1.91 m, and Kitchen 1.86 m.

The living room is equipped with a ceiling fan, ensuring a cool and airy environment.

The highlight is the private terrace, spacious, sunny, and breezy, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, enjoying the outdoor shower, or spending quiet moments in the open air with total privacy.

The décor is modern and clean, providing comfort for both leisure and work. The suite is welcoming, and the living room has a sofa bed that accommodates up to two children or extra guests.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the apartment, located on the top floor of the building. The elevator goes up to the 10th floor, and the 11th floor must be accessed by stairs. From the building entrance to the apartment door with an electronic lock, the area is part of the common condominium space, shared only with residents.

The building is monitored by cameras and has a 24-hour doorman, who grants access only to residents and guests pre-registered before check-in. Please respect the condominium rules, especially the quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM. No visitors are allowed; access is only for registered guests.
